The theme for this shoot was to show food in motion: steaming, tossing, pouring, etc. We worked with a wonderful food stylist, Suzy, who made photographing "ice cream" under hot lights a breeze.

Elevate layouts are always a strong collaboration between my editor counterpart, my creative director and myself. We work in tandem to break out content into easily digestible (pun intended) nuggets of information with multiple entry points and specific, actionable advice for readers.

This shoot was fun, and we wrapped it up with a final burst of extra fun as our model let loose with some explosive salad creation.
