Artwork for Aon's One magazine is a full-team effort. For this feature, we went through several rounds of concepts with the client during the brainstorming stage before we all got excited about the idea of putting a twist on the metaphor of a golden egg as retirement savings. The twist was inspired by the goal of emphasize the article's message that changing times mean that businesses need to change the way they set up retirement programs for their employees. In effect, businesses need to consider how they care for many golden eggs on behalf of their employees.
